• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, organisation and anything else you choose to include.
• Technical data. Our hosting and security provider processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a subscription or partnership (our legitimate interest in running our business, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
• To operate and secure this website (our legitimate interest in keeping it available and safe).

Who we share it with

We use service providers for website hosting and delivery and for email. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. Some of them may process data outside your country; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and in line with our legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

Depending on where you live — including under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law and the EU/UK GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your data-protection authority.
